I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to the team who moved my mother, Jane Ruggier, last Thursday from Northylew to new INN. You made the day so much easier for her on many levels. You were caring without being patronising and your attention to detail (like plugging in kitchen appliances, connecting the washing machine, constructing the bed) was really above and beyond what we'd expected. Just a note to say how pleased Del & I were with the way our removal & relocation went. 

The whole process proved to be stress free for us, which you will agree is a fairly stress full situation (moving from home) for the client. 

We were impressed how help full and efficient the lads were, and now that we have let the dust settle our end, have been able to see how how thoughtfully the over flow of house-hold items have been stored for us. 

I can thoroughly recommend your services and a copy of this letter has now been sent to Webbers of Barnstaple in this respect.

From the first contact to the final mouthful of cake we were tremendously impressed by the professionalism of yourself, Simon and James coupled with amazing good humour despite appalling weather conditions. Thank you so much to Copps removal (notably, Simon, Gary and Trevor) for moving our home all the way from North Devon to Alkmaar in the North of Holland. We could not have asked for a better service. We were able to tailor the service specifically to our needs which included a stop off to pick up a canoe and a dolls house in the south-east of the UK. Everything was very well organised and Copps provided boxes at a cheaper price (second-hand) instead of selling us new more expensive ones. Simon and Trevor came to our house in Devon to load the van. Great sense of humour and yet again they knew exactly what they were doing with packing that lorry! (It’s times like this when you realise why you use a removals company rather than trying to stuff your stuff into a white van to run several trips with your clumsy dad!!!). Gary and Simon (brothers) then drove up to Hertfordshire and then on to Holland. They were extremely personable and friendly people and easy to contact at any point to catch up on where the van was. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants a trustworthy, friendly, and organised service with experienced people who know what they are doing.

Had a mammoth move today from Aylesbury back to my route in Cornwall ( well Holsworthy ) but can't bring myself to say Devon and may I just say, what was going to be a stressful thing was turned into the most relaxed and hassle free move experience I have had. And I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Gary and his team for making it so at both ends of the move. Thanks for moving us today. Your guys were fabulous. How they got our big sofa in I will never know! Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were a good laugh too.
