Our first contact with you will be to introduce ourselves to you. We at Copps are a family run business and pride ourselves on providing a personalised service. Whether the first contact is via a telephone call, email or a site visit, we will put your mind at ease. 

If you are happy with our first contact, we will be happy to provide you with a quotation. We prefer to do a site visit, however if that’s not possible we can arrange for you to video/photograph your contents which you require moved. Alternatively you can complete our online quotation form. All quotations and local site visits are free of charge and with no obligation.  

Once we have provided you with the quotation, if you wish to accept it , we will ask for a small fee upfront so we can proceed with your customs paperwork and take you through a simple list of what we require from you eg. a copy’s of your passport. We will be available to contact 24/7 as we will provide you with an out of office hours contact number for any queries. 

With the paperwork completed and a date agreed we will arrive at your property to load the contents of your house. We can provide a full packing service, a part packing service or just the removal, whatever is your personal preferences. 

Once everything is wrapped our trained staff will load your items onto our fully insured vehicles. We'll then deliver your items to your door at a day and time that you require. All furniture and boxes will be fully inventoried and numbered to minimise any potential difficulties at the port. We will also provide you with a location tracker so you can follow our vehicle/s movement towards your new property. You can relax knowing your contents will be delivered on time to the correct location.  

Finally, we'll unload your items into your new premises.
